MEET CLAUDETTE
Twenty-five years as a professional painter and wallpaper contractor, then a whole new way of working from home. Here's the real story.
WELCOME
I'm so glad you're here.
Hi, I'm Claudette, a certified mental wellness coach, independent brand partner, and the Healthy Joint Whisperer.
For years, my body just wasn't working with me. Through all my painting years, kneeling was off the table, so I worked around it. Getting in and out of the tub took a grab handle. Mornings started stiff and achy.
Things started to shift when I took care of what was going on inside first: my gut, my brain, and how it all connects. Once that was in place, I took the next step. Eighteen days after adding one new piece to my daily routine, I knelt down without even thinking about it. These days I get out of bed without the achiness, my sleep is better, and that grab handle is gone.
Now I share what's worked for me, plain and simple. And if you're looking for a business that fits your life, there's a place for that here too.
Let's move forward together.
