What the Fire Taught Me

I am a woman who has walked through the fire and come out glowing not because it was easy, but because I chose to heal, rise, and lead.

I am resilience personified. Life has handed me challenges, and I’ve turned them into stepping stones toward peace, purpose, and freedom.

I’ve battled exhaustion, frustration, and skin flare-ups that made me question everything.

But instead of settling, I searched. Instead of numbing, I asked deeper questions. And instead of giving up, I turned my healing into a mission.

From Fire to Freedom

I believe I was guided through those seasons for a reason.

That nothing was wasted. That the same grace that carried me is now part of the work I share.

My passion for wellness especially the powerful connection between gut, brain, and skin isn’t just what I do. It’s why I do it. It’s a calling rooted in my own journey.

Now, I help women who feel like their body is betraying them, like their energy is gone, and their skin tells a story they didn’t choose.

I see them because I was them.

And now, I guide them back to themselves.

Yes, I’m a Certified Skin Wellness Coach.

But I’m also a truth-teller, a freedom-finder, and part of a three-generation team chasing something better me, my daughter, and my grandson: the 3 C’s.

We hike together. We tent-camp. We dream about the road ahead. This work I do? It’s not just for me.

It’s for us.

I thrive in simplicity chasing waterfalls, embracing movement, and coming home to Penelope, Whiskers, and Tiger, our beloved cats who remind me to live mindfully and with joy.
